David Cooper joined Joseph Gunnar in 2009, where he began his career on Wall Street. Mr. Cooper has been the Syndicate Coordinator since 2011, where his focus is on IPO and Secondary market transactions across a multitude of sectors. He has helped grow the Syndicate Desk selling group participation from 75 deals in 2010 to more than 400 in 2015. He has also been instrumental in building out the firm’s Mutual Fund platform and providing in depth portfolio reviews for clients. He holds Series 7 and 63 licenses. Mr. Cooper holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Miami.
